Under this service, uninterrupted, high speed Internet service is provided after the Village Level Entrepreneur installs over-head OFC and other infrastructure. As a pilot project, VLEs in Haridwar (Uttarakhand) and Gautam Buddha Nagar (Uttar Pradesh) districts have provided FTTH connections to subscribers.
