Mr Arul Pragasam hails from Madagadipet village in Puducherry. He had the urge to work for the betterment of villagers and got the opportunity through CSC.
He is offering various services to the citizens like Wi-Fi Choupal, Digital Literacy, IRCTC, Passport, NDLM etc... He has always been interested in Information technology.
Through Wi-Fi Choupal he is disseminating knowledge and skill to the villagers and provides free internet to students for projects. He creates awareness about Wi-Fi Choupal to villagers and sells coupons and guide them how to surf internet. He provides Digital services through Wi-Fi Choupal.
He resolves technical issues by himself and provides hassle free Wi-Fi to villagers.
